Welcome to our page! Hope you are all safe and healthy. Remember staying fit is part of being healthy. I know under COVID-19 shelter in place you find yourself with limited resources to do physical activities. I challenge you to do at least 30 minutes a day of some physical activities. Mix it up and make it fun. Challenge your parents to do the 30 minutes with you. But if they choose not to you can chose to lead by example and do your 30 minutes. Nothing wrong with changing it up every day to keep your interest. Thanks for taking the time to visit our class page.
